Classes

We are delighted to announce the classes will restart on Friday 6th September 2019.

The classes available are;

  • Fitness for the over 60’s: This is a 45-minute class incorporating a range of stretching and strengthening exercises designed to maintain joint movement, muscle power, general fitness and balance. The class is particularly suitable for people with long term back or joint conditions who are starting to notice the effects of getting older. 
    Starting weekly from Monday 9th September, instructed by Rachel Fitzpatrick
  • Keep on your feet: This is a slower paced exercise class, focusing on movement, power, balance and function. The exercises are performed in standing or sitting and is ideal for the older person who feels they are slowing down.
    This class will continue every Friday at 1.30pm instructed by
     Maria Viner
  • Knee class: Suitable for anyone with arthritic knee conditions this class includes a range of exercises for mobility, power, balance and function.
    This class will run on the first Monday of each month at 11.30, starting 2nd September, instructed by Rachel Fitzpatrick
