CLASSES

1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month,

10:30 pm.

Remote sessionand face to face at the Roman Catholic Church, Twyford, from 1st September

This is a 45-minute class incorporating a range of stretching and strengthening exercises designed to maintain a joint movement, muscle power, general fitness and balance. This class is particularly suitable for people with long term back or joint conditions who are starting to notice the effects of getting older.

Back Class and General Fitness for over 60s

This is a slower paced exercise class, focusing on movement, power, balance and function. The exercises are performed in standing or sitting and is ideal for the older person who feels they are slowing down.

Stay On Your Feet!

Suitable for anyone with arthritic knee or hip conditions this class includes a range of exercises for mobility, power, balance and function.

Knees Up!

A pay as you go system operates at a fee of £12 per class paid in advance via the website or call 0118 934 0926.
There is a maximum of 10 people per class and all equipment can be provided. Please bring your own mat if you have one. Please wear loose fitting clothing to the class.

A 4 week course for beginners and those returning to Pilates after an injury. The aim is to ensure good technique and build confidence to move on to community based classes or independent Pilates at home.
